Glenbrook Payments Education Program

Glenbrook’s Payments Education Program is designed for payments professionals – both industry veterans and “newbies” – who need to find understanding and insight into our complex industry in one convenient place.

In 2007, over 800 payments professionals joined us for one of our in-depth sessions – and joined our Glenbrook alumni network of over 1,600 payments professionals that have been through Glenbrook's payments education programs in the past three years.

For 2008, we are expanding our popular series of Glenbrook Payments Boot Camps, offering two new special focus payments workshops, and introducing a new “Roundtable on Emerging Payments” to help our alumni, clients, and friends keep up to date on our fast-moving industry.

We will continue to supplement our public programs with Glenbrook Private Payments Workshops customized to meet your company’s requirements and held at your location. We’ve held over 25 of these private workshops in the past two years.

Our 2008 program includes:

• Six sessions of our popular Glenbrook Payments Boot Camp. We’ll be returning to Atlanta, New York, and Denver, as well hosting three sessions in the San Francisco Bay Area.


• Three new Glenbrook Special Focus Payments Workshops, reflecting requests from our alumni for more focus in some specialized areas:
  • A one-day workshop on Card Payment Processing - The Value Chain - was offered in February in the San Francisco Bay Area
  
  
  • A two-day workshop on eB2B Payments at the Tipping Point - was offered in March in the San Francisco Bay Area
  
  
  • A one-day workshop on The Structure of the Merchant Payments Marketplace - will be offered in June in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Glenbrook Private Payments Workshops - customized for your company and held at your location


• Three sessions of Glenbrook's Roundtable on Emerging Payments - a new series of informal, half-day workshops for sharing "What We're Watching" with you and to hear your feedback on what's important - and what's not!
